Winning Realty Lenders

About Annette Shoemaker-Kohberger

Originally from New Mexico, I first moved to Las Vegas in 1992. In 1996, I moved to Southern California, only to return to Las Vegas in 2003. Upon my return, I was amazed as to how much Las Vegas had grown in my absence; I found herself quite fortunate to have been able to move back to my new adopted city. I realized that there were so many possibilities and adventures to be had in this energetic city. Even after all these years, I am still amazed as to what Las Vegas has to offer, no matter the profession or the hobby, and is excited to share it with others.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a concentration in criminal Justice. My previous profession's were in Management, Sales, Administrative and Executive roles, where I received many accolades. All of my work and educational experiences have lead me to my ultimate career choice, that of being a REALTOR.

Through my strong work ethic, integrity and morals, I have gained a reputation as an outstanding advocate for those I represent. I am genuine, passionate and hard working....and ready to help with your real estate needs.

When I am not working, I like to spend time with my fiancé, four-legged children, family, and friends. I also enjoy expressing her creativity by making home décor and personal items, cooking, traveling, and attending social events.
